EXCHANGE & RETURN
Everyone deserves a second chance.
If you decide to return or exchange your Georgette item(s), please first contact us by email: customercare@georgette-shop.com We will then provide you with an official return form.
Georgette goods need to be returned within 14 days upon receipt, including the completed return form, and in perfect condition (in new, unworn and unwashed condition, with all Georgette labels, and packed in a solid box so that the product reaches us intact). The original shipping costs are not refundable.
The return is at the customer's expense.
We invite you to use a trackable shipping service and to purchase a shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item(s) otherwise.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval (or rejection) of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
