All orders are dispatched via Bpost throughout Europe once payment has been received. Orders accepted before 2pm GMT will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours, subject to availability (except in the case of an exception or explicit communication on the site of a different delivery period). Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm GMT, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

If your Georgette piece has been produced on demand, please allow an average of 3 weeks between confirmation of the order by us and dispatch of your order.

Shipping costs are as follows:

- Belgium / Netherlands / Luxembourg: €5 (free delivery for orders over €150)

- France / Germany / Portugal / Spain: €12

- Rest of Europe: €25.

All orders will be sent to the postal address indicated as the delivery address when the order was placed (and not to the PayPal address). Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs if the delivery address is incorrect.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, customs control, carrier error or forced immobilisation of the carrier.

Taxes and customs duties: in Belgium, all items are subject to 21% Belgian VAT. VAT is included in the prices displayed on the site.
